Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

BBYHA Travel Team

If a player leaves the BBYHA after tryouts or full-season registration, the Season Fee will not automatically be refunded. Refunds are subject to board discretion. For 10U/12U/14U players who paid tryout fees: those fees will automatically be applied to the player's next-season dues.

House Hockey Rental Gear

Equipment rental refunds are possible if the player returns their gear within 30 days of gear rental. We do ask for a refundable $100 deposit at the beginning of the season, which we return after the gear has been returned at the end of the season in clean, rentable condition,
