Registration, Forms, and Codes of Conduct

For 10U/12U/14U players, we do an evaluation registration first ($100) and then we follow up with a roster-offer email to join one of our teams. The evaluation fee applies to that roster offer. This helps us manage the experiences of new players, so that we can confirm they can skate as a travel player safely.

For 8U players, registration is a one-step process, but we do reserve the right to refund registrations for players younger than 6 who have never skated before or whose emotional and social development may not yet be safe for travel hockey participation.

All 8U/10U/12U players need to register for both sessions of house hockey. 10U and 12U travel players should register for level 4 house. 8U players should register for level 3 house. Session 2 registration will open in December. This level-based registration system allows new players to join the hockey community after fall sports are done, and it allows the BBYHA to give all of our travel and house-hockey players additional ice time with more skaters of a more appropriate skill.

All players need to provide a medical consent form before they set foot on the ice for a BBYHA-sponsored practice.

You'll need a medical consent form the first time you're on the ice with the BBYHA if you're not already registered with the BBYHA for the current travel year.
